Alexander Buell is a Principal at Property Pro Realty Group, inc., a firm located in Clifton Park, NY. Alex services residential & commercial real estate needs of his clients throughout the entire Capital Region and beyond. While attending the University at Albany, Alex began building his own personal real estate portfolio and after graduation founded a property management company, which has since merged with Property Pro Realty Group, inc. He also served as the Development Executive at Sequence Development, managing millions of dollars in rehabilitation projects as well as new construction from the ground up.

Alex’s portfolio experience & vast industry knowledge allows him to assist clients to sell and purchase personal real estate and investment properties. In addition, Alex offers professional property management services, setting Property Pro Realty Group, inc. apart from its competitors. Alex’s wide-ranging experience and skill set include negotiating, marketing, and a systematic approach to real estate investing as well as pro forma document projections and maximum return strategy for investors. He also has longstanding relationships with professionals in the building trades and a deep knowledge of construction and local building department nuances.
