Tracy brings a unique professional skill set to Property Pro Realty Group, inc. As a former practicing CPA for a Big Six accounting firm and a manager in the Mergers and Acquisition Unit for GE Energy, she was responsible for data compilation, analysis and determining fair value in both large scale sales and purchase transactions around the world. After being promoted to Treasurer, she took on the additional responsibility of negotiating with both equity and debt funding sources.

With her corporate experience, Tracy has served as a financial consultant in several large scale commercial acquisitions and has managed all aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in NYS and Florida. Tracy’s expertise in valuation and negotiation coupled with her value-driven management of real property has proven beneficial to Property Pro clients on both the purchase/sales and property management segments of the business. Tracy resides in Clifton Park, NY and is an active volunteer in several youth-oriented organizations.
